Viny S. Mulani, President/ Founder

Mr. Mulani started Multilayer Technology in 1986, putting together his team. As president, he has the responsibility of overseeing the entire operation of Multilayer Technology including, technology, manufacturing, quality, and facilities. It is his responsibility to create business plans and raise capital for the company on an annual basis. Viny Mulani received his degree in mechanical engineering from S.K.J. Polytechnic College in India. 

Before starting Multilayer Technology, Viny held critical positions with several companies in the petrochemical and nuclear field including Sheladia Associates, Foster Wheeler Energy Corporation, and Bechtel Engineering.

Viny feels that it is most essential to be the customer's expert when it comes to printed circuit boards. He says, "We want to help our customers in all ways when it comes to our product. We want to make sure that they can turn to us, and we will help them achieve their goals."

When he is not working, Viny enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

Naren Tarpara: Executive Vice President / Partner

Mr. Tarpara has been with Multilayer Technology since 1988. In his position, he is responsible for strategic direction, advanced technology deployment, and corporate management, including finance.

He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Mysore in India, a Master of Technology degree in Metallurgy & Materials Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai, India and an M.S.E in Computer Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia.

Before coming to Multilayer Technology, he worked with several high technology companies including AT&T Bell Laboratories, United Engineers and Constructors, Foster Wheeler Energy Corporation, and Welbilt Electronic Die Corporation. 

Naren feels that it is most important to deliver unique and innovative solutions through our technical strengths, merits, and expertise. Top quality support and pre-sales through post-sales service with the industry's fastest turnaround times help meet or exceed customer expectations. Cost savings, quality improvements, overcoming production challenges through customer education, process, manufacturing, and design advice are all part of the customer experience.

In his spare time, Naren enjoys reading technical and business magazines, deploying innovative technologies, IT, and travel. He enjoys teaching others to solve mechanical equipment repair problems and studies spirituality and philosophy.

Bharat Chodavadia, Vice President of Operations

Mr. Chodavadia has been with Multilayer Technology since 1987 and was very instrumental in the successful restructuring of the company in 1988, helping to make it the successful company that it is today.

In his position, Mr. Chodavadia is involved in the daily operations of the company. He oversees all manufacturing, some engineering, planning, purchasing, human resources, new processes, and customer service.

Mr. Chodavadia holds a degree in Mechanical Drafting from the Manhattan Institute of Technology. When it comes to customers, Bharat says, "It's very simple. Customers are the backbone of our business; they are the very reason we are in business. Our goal is to make sure that we keep our customers abreast of all new developments to our technology. We always want to make sure that we do everything we can to support our customers, from making sure we have the latest specs to delivering a great product to them on time." 

Bharat enjoys spending his spare time with his family.
